Why these ingredients earn a place in the daily foundation.
Some ingredients build value through daily consistency. Others become especially useful when training, heat, sweat or cognitive demand rise. REDSALT combines them to support hydration, strength, blood flow, focus and recovery as a daily foundation, not something you only reach for before a workout.
Ingredient studies are not clinical trials on REDSALT Elite as a finished product. Individual response and needs vary.
What each layer is here to do.
The formula is not six ingredients making the same promise. Each layer has a different job, and the evidence behind each one has a different level of certainty.
Creatine
The clearest long-term performance layer: support strength and training adaptations by taking a full daily serving consistently.
Hydration + blood flow
Sodium helps retain fluid and support blood volume; citrulline supports the nitric-oxide pathway. Both have human exercise data, with effects shaped by dose, environment and protocol.
Tyrosine + taurine
Tyrosine has human cognitive-control data under demanding conditions; taurine has a growing exercise-performance evidence base. Both add support without adding a stimulant.
What this can actually do for an active body.
Outcome first. Research second. Each card explains why the ingredient is in the formula, then links to the human evidence behind it.
Hold onto more of the fluid you drink.
Sodium supports fluid retention and blood volume while sodium, potassium and magnesium participate in normal nerve and muscle function. Those basics matter every day and become more valuable when sweat, heat or long sessions increase losses.
One of the clearest ways to support strength over time.
A 5g/day randomized trial increased muscle creatine after 14 days. A 2024 meta-analysis of 23 studies found significantly greater upper- and lower-body strength gains when creatine was paired with resistance training versus placebo.
Support the blood-flow pathway without building a pump-only pre-workout.
Citrulline supports the nitric-oxide pathway and has been studied for exercise performance. A 2026 meta-analysis of 30 randomized trials and 644 participants found a small overall performance improvement, although effects were context dependent and certainty remained limited.
Support cognitive performance when the day asks more of you.
Tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine. A double-blind RCT found improved cognitive flexibility during a demanding task, while broader reviews show the most consistent signals under stress, multitasking or other high-demand conditions.
A performance amino hiding in plain sight.
A 2025 meta-analysis of 23 randomized trials and 308 participants found a small-to-moderate overall exercise-performance signal. Taurine has also been studied in recovery settings, although protocols and results vary.
Light, refreshing flavor without turning it into another sugary drink.
This is not a performance claim. Stevia provides sweetness without added sugar, while REDSALT's natural-flavor system uses acacia gum as its carrier instead of maltodextrin.
THE REDSALT SYSTEM
One daily foundation. More support around it.
The membership is designed as three clear layers so you always know where to start and what comes next.
Start with REDSALT Elite. The rest of the system is there to make performance, recovery and consistency easier to repeat over time.
Research explains the formula. Testing helps you verify the product.
REDSALT publishes third-party testing so you can inspect the Certificate of Analysis, then go straight back to the PDP when you are ready to choose your flavors and start the ritual.
