30-Day REDSALT Elite Guarantee

Your first eligible REDSALT Elite membership order is protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the date it is delivered. We ask that you use REDSALT Elite consistently for at least 14 days before deciding whether it is right for you.

To qualify, contact us within 30 days of delivery. No more than one bag may be opened. For a three-bag membership order, the other two bags must remain unopened. Any complimentary welcome gifts must also be returned.

Please keep the original shipping box and packaging. Email info@redsaltsupps.com with your order number, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned products and gifts are received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
