FORMULA EXPLAINED
REDSALT Elite ingredients: what does each one do?
REDSALT Elite combines electrolytes, creatine and performance aminos so each serving addresses a different layer of an active routine: hydration, strength, blood flow, focus and recovery support.
The ingredients do not all make the same promise. Each has a different role, evidence base and dose context.
Electrolytes: hydration and fluid balance
A full serving provides 1,000 mg sodium, 400 mg potassium, 150 mg magnesium and 1,325 mg chloride. These electrolytes participate in fluid balance and normal nerve and muscle function.
Creatine monohydrate: strength over time
Each serving contains 5 g creatine monohydrate. Creatine is one of the most researched sports supplements and is most useful when taken consistently enough to support muscle creatine stores.
L-citrulline malate 2:1: blood-flow pathway
Each serving contains 4 g citrulline malate 2:1, providing approximately 2.7 g L-citrulline equivalent. Citrulline supports the nitric-oxide pathway. Research outcomes vary by dose, activity and protocol.
L-tyrosine: non-stimulant focus support
Each serving contains 1 g L-tyrosine, an amino acid precursor involved in dopamine and norepinephrine production. REDSALT uses measured support language because many acute cognition studies use different doses and demanding test conditions.
Taurine: cellular and exercise support
Each serving contains 1 g taurine. Taurine has been studied across exercise-performance and recovery settings, although results vary by study design.
Flavor system
REDSALT Elite contains zero sugar, zero caffeine and zero sucralose. It uses high-purity Reb A stevia for sweetness and acacia gum as the natural-flavor carrier instead of maltodextrin.
